Option 1 — Delete from the mobile app
- Open Wagad Connect and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account Management.
- Tap Delete Account (not Deactivate Account).
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
If you have active ride or booking obligations, the app may require you to resolve them before account deletion can proceed.
Option 2 — Delete without the app
If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app, email us. Provide the email address used for your account and ask for permanent deletion. Do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents in the first email. We may verify account ownership and help resolve any pending ride obligations.

What happens when your account is deleted?
- You lose access to the account and cannot sign in using its previous credentials.
- Login details and linked Google sign-in identifiers are removed or anonymised.
- Profile information, KYC-related stored records/files, ride alerts, saved emergency contacts and app notification tokens/data are removed or anonymised through the deletion process, subject to technical and legal limitations.
- Vehicles associated with historical ride records may remain in an inactive, anonymised form.
What data may remain?
Some historical ride, booking, communication, report and audit records may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations or record integrity. We aim to limit directly identifying information in retained records where practical. Retention may vary by category and applicable obligations; see our Privacy Policy.
Deletion versus deactivation
Deactivation disables account use and may be reversible through support or administration. Deletion is intended to be permanent and includes removal/anonymisation of applicable associated personal data. Deactivation alone is not a deletion request.
