Wagad Connect is a community-focused travel coordination platform. It helps people with planned journeys discover others going in the same direction. It is not an on-demand taxi dispatch service.
Our initial focus is on Banswara and routes that connect the Wagad region with nearby cities and beyond. The platform helps users connect; the actual journey is arranged and undertaken by the participating users.

Is Wagad Connect free?
Yes. Wagad Connect currently charges no platform subscription, booking fee, commission or service fee. If a driver and passenger agree on sharing travel expenses, that arrangement is between them, not a charge collected by Wagad Connect.
Are rides completely free?
Not necessarily. The platform itself is free, but the driver may specify a travel-cost contribution. Review the details and agree the amount before travelling. Drivers must comply with applicable laws.
Is this an instant taxi service?
No. Wagad Connect is designed for pre-planned trips and sharing available seats, not immediate taxi dispatch.
How does a booking get confirmed?
A passenger sends a request. The driver reviews it and decides whether to approve or reject it, subject to the app's rules and seat availability.
Does Wagad Connect collect payments?
Wagad Connect does not currently collect or process ride payments. Any permitted travel contribution is coordinated directly between the users.
How do I report a safety issue?
Use the reporting or support options in the app or email wagadconnect@gmail.com. In an emergency, call local emergency services first (112 in India).
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open the app's Profile section and select Delete Account, or request deletion through the public account-deletion page. Active journeys or bookings may need to be resolved before deletion can be completed.
Is every driver verified and every ride guaranteed safe?
No. Verification tools can improve trust, but they do not guarantee a person's conduct or ride safety. Check identity and vehicle details and use your own judgement.
